Frogs Hop is a lovely 3 bedroom semi-detached cottage, (sleeps 6) only 200 metres from the beach, set in the delightful small village of Oxwich on the picturesque Gower peninsula.
The cottage comprises of a master bedroom with ensuite and 2 twin bedded rooms ,with family bathroom there is also a downstairs shower room with wc. The kitchen is fully fitted with dishwasher, washing machine ,fridge, freezer , gas hob, electric oven and microwave. There is a large lounge/ diner with double sofa bed and also a conservatory with patio area to the rear. All linen is supplied but not cot linen & personal towels. O F C H ,electric and winter fuel are all included in the price. Ample parking.
The cottage is a short walk from the beautiful beach with its many activities which can include fishing and a variety of water sports, dogs are allowed on the beach all year round .The Oxwich Bay hotel stands on the edge of the beach and provides a good range of meals including breakfast. There is also a small village shop but this is seasonal .
The cottage is within easy distance of Swansea and The Mumbles with there many shops ,museums and a variety of other attractions.
The Gower has many places of interest to visit and the Gower heritage centre is one of them there are always a wide variety of events going on and it is well worth a visit .The Gower also has excellent golf courses within easy reach of the cottage .There are also things like pony trekking and archery nearby and many lovely walks. So whether you are after a relaxing holiday on the beach or a more energetic holiday ,Frogs Hop is the place to be!
